Samsung’s Galaxy C5 Pro and C7 Pro smartphones were initially set to be made official this month, but recent reports said there has been a delay and the unveiling has been pushed back to January next year.
Now, thanks to a new rumor, we have the exact launch date for the handsets. The rumor, which comes in the form of a Weibo post, says the phones will go on sale January 21 onwards.
The Galaxy C7 Pro has been in the news lately. The device recently received Wi-Fi certification from the WiFi Alliance (WFA), and has also cleared China’s TENAA.
It’s powered by a Snapdragon 626 chipset and sports a 5.7-inch 1080p touchscreen. Other key specs of the handset include 4GB/64GB memory configuration, 16MP/16MP camera combo, and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.
