Less than a month after the Meizu Pro 6 was announced, a purported variant of the device has been spotted on GeekBench. The listing reveals a Pro 6 variant with 3GB RAM, compared to the 4GB RAM that the standard model packs.
Other specs revealed by the listing – including Helio X25 chipset and Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS – are the same as the original model.
So, does that mean we’re looking at a ‘lite’ version of the Pro 6? Well, we’re not sure, given that the new variant appears to be only differing in the amount of RAM. Plus, the date of the listing – March 22, which is a few weeks before the Pro 6’s announcement – suggests it could instead be a prototype Pro 6 model as well.
